Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work with SQL and Snowflake datasets, develop Power BI paginated reports for large exports, and create AI-driven tools to enable self-service data access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in data science, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in finance or insurance.
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Experience with self-service reporting and AI tools.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize reporting work and identify optimal data sources; push back when tasks can be autonomously handled.
• Understanding of insurance policy administration platforms preferred.
