$ 62,540.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

The IDEA Senior Data Analyst is a technical expert and strategic analyst within the Office of Institutional Data, Effectiveness, and Analytics (IDEA) and is responsible for advanced dashboard design, data analytics, and institutional data governance initiatives. The incumbent leads complex data projects and partners with campus leaders to transform data into actionable insight supporting student success, resource planning, and institutional effectiveness.
Reporting to the Director of IDEA, the Senior Data Analyst provides mentorship to analysts and helps shape a data-informed culture at UCCS through consultation, documentation, and collaboration.
