Position Purpose

QuoteCenter is an application used by Home Depot store associates to build a wide range of orders, from large, complex orders to small drop-in orders, supporting our supply chain. The mission of QuoteCenter's product team is to reimagine the shopping experience using web technologies and data tools. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support and enhance our data analysis capabilities, working with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and working with SQL and BI tools in a SaaS environment. Experience can substitute for a degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading workflow and mentoring data analysts (35%)
• Ensuring data integrity through cleansing and integration (30%)
• Understanding business objectives to ensure accurate data capture (15%)
• Managing data programs, analyzing effectiveness, and reporting (15%)
• Prioritizing strategic initiatives aligned with product development (5%)

Reporting Line: Reports to the Manager of Analytics. No direct reports.

Travel: Less than 10% overnight travel.

Physical & Working Conditions: Mostly sitting, occasional light movement, comfortable indoor environment.

Minimum Qualifications: 18+ years old, legally permitted to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze complex problems, gain stakeholder buy-in, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience supporting operational objectives across technology, strategy, and operations.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements, establish data standards, and work in an Agile SDLC.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data governance, MySQL, SQL, visualization tools, cloud platforms, and data modeling.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
