Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions, to lead data platforms, ETL, and analytics initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across IT and business to translate needs into scalable solutions, define roadmaps, and oversee delivery across data pipelines, dashboards, and semantic models.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of data/analytics technologies, with travel up to 15% and a hybrid work setup in Fond

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
7+ years in data/analytics/BI/ETL or similar roles.
3+ years in people leadership or team leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and IT leaders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
Lead design, planning, and delivery of data, analytics, and AI solutions.
Manage intake, roadmap, and governance for data/analytics initiatives.
