• 6+ years of software engineering experience, owning production systems.
• AI-first approach; daily use of AI tools to design, build, test, and review code.
• Proactive problem spotting and resolution.
• Fast learner, comfortable with new tools, domains, and codebases.
• Strong data skills with Snowflake and relational databases at scale.
