Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years IT experience in design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale data architectures.
• 5+ years in evaluating, architecting, and building AI and Generative AI tools.
• Experience deploying AWS-based data and AI solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at multiple leadership levels.
• Agile development experience with rapid prototyping.
