Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a senior software engineer to join a small team rebuilding its operating system on Palantir Foundry. You will architect core data pipelines, design ontology models, and ship AI-driven applications that transform how the company operates.

The role requires 7–10 years of software engineering experience, strong coding skills in Python/Java/C++/TypeScript, and a solid ML foundation. This is an in-office position at the Little Rock, AR headquarters.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software engineering and development experience.
• Strong coder with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript for data manipulation and model development.
• Solid foundation in machine learning basics (Evaluation, Training, Decomposition).
• Experience with data pipeline design and ontology modeling.
• Palantir Foundry experience is a strong plus; ability to learn complex platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and build customer applications.
• Architect and engineer Palantir Foundry solutions to rebuild the operating system.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and transformation logic focusing on data health.
• Model objects and relationships in the Enterprise Ontology.
• Apply ML best practices including feature engineering, model validation, and optimization.
• Utilize Foundry AIP and integrate LLM-based agents to transform workflows.
• Design and build agent architecture with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
