Job summary

Westrock Coffee is rebuilding its operating system in Palantir Foundry. You will architect core data pipelines, design ontology models, and ship AI-driven applications that change how our company operates.

This in-office role in Little Rock requires 7–10 years of software engineering experience, strong ML basics, and the ability to learn platforms quickly. You will collaborate across teams and build end-to-end data transformations with a focus on data health and governance.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and build impactful solutions by developing customer applications.
• Architect and engineer solutions in Palantir Foundry on the team working toward building out the reimagined Westrock Coffee operating system.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and transformation logic with a focus on data health and sustainability.
• Model objects and relationships in the Enterprise Ontology.
• Apply machine learning best practices, including feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning for development and deployment.
• Utilize Foundry AIP and integrate LLM-based agents to transform workflows.
• Design and build agent architecture that enables observability, human-in-the-loop verification, and precise context control access.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build data pipelines in Palantir Foundry to support the reimagined operating system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver customer applications.
• Implement ML practices and model deployment within Foundry.
• Develop agent architecture with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure data health and governance through ontology modeling.
