SHI International Corp. seeks a Principal Architect to lead cross‑practice delivery across data engineering, data visualization, data governance, and AI. You will orchestrate unified technical direction across capability leads, ensuring clear sequencing, dependencies, and shared standards.

This is a player‑coach role focused on delivery excellence and architecture across engagements. The role emphasizes practice maturation, engineering practices, accelerators, and advisory frameworks to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ten or more years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions, including consulting or services.
• Expert-level depth in one of data engineering, data visualization, or data governance, with working proficiency in at least two others.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery approach across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate a unified solution direction across capability leads with clear sequencing and standards.
• Own the delivery approach across multiple disciplines, shaping the work, staffing, and risk management.
• Identify delivery risks early and intervene to maintain coherence across workstreams.
• Drive practice maturation with standards, accelerators, and engineering practices.
