Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to enhance customer success through technical accountability and program delivery. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to drive adoption of the Databricks platform.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in delivering technical projects in Data and AI, and a strong programming background in Python, SQL, or Scala. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $247,500 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Ability to engage in technical debate and design choices with customers.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader assigned to onboarding and success.
• Provide internal and external KPI reporting on customer health.
