Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data engineering, deep AWS Databricks experience, and strong Python/SQL skills, with the ability to mentor teams and communicate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering with cloud-native solutions.
• Expert-level AWS data services proficiency; AWS/Databricks certs a plus.
• Strong Python for data engineering and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS using Python.
• Deliver end-to-end AI models from preprocessing to deployment.
• Lead client discussions and translate requirements into data/AI roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and guide data platform practices.
