Job summary

MojoTech is seeking a Senior Data & AI Architect to lead client engagements across data architecture, AI delivery, and growth. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and AI roadmaps.

This role combines cloud-native data engineering with hands-on delivery: AWS, Databricks, Python, and Spark; CI/CD and DevOps practices; and mentorship to evolve our data platforms and AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across data architecture and AI delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS.
• Develop end-to-end AI models and agents from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Apply Generative AI including LLM integrations and RAG architectures in production.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security with CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and evolve data platform and AI practices.
• Lead discovery efforts, data maturity assessments, and solution design.
• Collaborate with account and sales on proposals, estimates, and approaches.
• Manage delivery to align with goals, timelines, and budgets, flagging risks early.
