Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of data management lifecycle, governance, integration, metadata management, data quality management, security & operations.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Databricks.
• Understands Azure well-architected framework and can apply those principles to Data and AI solutions.
• Expert knowledge to develop highly complex data and AI architectures, with strategic thinking and curiosity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design the architecture for various data and AI solutions, ensuring each solution is scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Engage with business units to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Create data and AI architectural solutions to complex problems across architecture, engineering, and environmental science.
• Design and implement strategies to scale data and AI solutions across different business units.
• Create detailed architecture and technical design docs for data and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders.
