Proficient with Python including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn.
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and RAG.

Responsibilities

Job description

Own financial data migration for Oracle Fusion implementation
Lead end-to-end data conversion planning, including scope, source identification, mapping specifications, and schedules
Extract, transform, load, and validate financial data from legacy systems
Execute iterative Oracle Fusion mock conversion cycles and coordinate data loading with IT Infrastructure
Design data quality rules, reconciliation controls, validation scripts, profiling reports, and dashboards
Develop predictive models for forecasting, journal-entry anomaly detection, and close-process monitoring
Build AI-powered intelligent agents and LLM-based data quality tools for finance automation
Create conversational AI interfaces for finance data queries, reporting, and troubleshooting
Implement intelligent document processing for invoices, contracts, and regulatory filings
Support Oracle EPM Cloud migration, integrations, reporting, Apex rollout, and data governance
Coordinate with business units, IT, accounting, FP&A, and external vendors on conversions and technical issues
Evangelize AI/LLM capabilities through proofs of concept, workshops, training, and documentation
Provide production, hypercare, and post-go-live support for finance data flows, reporting, and integrations
Maintain data quality monitoring, lineage, transformation logic, business rules, and AI model documentation
Train the Finance Systems team on data maintenance, AI-agent usage, and troubleshooting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial data management, ERP data migration, or business intelligence/analytics
2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM applications, intelligent agents, or machine learning models
Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle ERP data conversions from planning through post-go-live stabilization
Expert-level proficiency with Python, including pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and RAG architectures
Strong SQL skills for extraction, transformation, and validation across relational databases
Experience with Oracle FBDI, APIs, SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx, Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, Git, and CI/CD
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud data structures, integration patterns, and reporting
Strong troubleshooting skills for Oracle Fusion reporting tools and BI platforms
Working knowledge of data governance, MDM concepts, and data quality frameworks
Experience supporting Apex application rollouts through data integration and connectivity
Strong understanding of financial accounting, chart of accounts, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation
Experience with Oracle Fusion data models or comparable ERP data structures
Exceptional analytical, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills
Ability to work in an office environment and sit or stand for long periods
Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements or be approved for an export license; some positions require current U.S. citizenship
