Job summary

Qualifications

BS degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in concept design, engineering, and T&E of weapon systems components and systems.
Expert-level knowledge of T&E methodologies and techniques.
Proven project leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead projects in a demanding T&E environment.
Experience coordinating with DoD-related T&E projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply engineering principles to instrumentation planning for RDT&E of weapons systems.
Attend meetings to define test requirements and develop pre/post-test accuracy statements.
Evaluate instrumentation performance under varying environmental conditions.
Design instrumentation strategies to enable data acquisition while mitigating hazards.
Provide Data Acquisition inputs to Test Plans with traceability to objectives.
Plan and coordinate phases of engineering work and document results.
