Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an engineering lead to architect and scale the data acquisition infrastructure powering our foundation models. You will own a unified platform for source discovery, crawl frontier, and ingestion, guiding teams across architecture reviews and critical implementation work.

You will mentor engineers, shape data workflows from code to training pipelines, and drive production readiness, capacity planning, and observability to meet training cutoffs. Equity and benefits apply.

Qualifications

Deep experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
Experience with web crawling, indexing, ingestion infrastructure.
Strong ability to move between architecture, implementation, performance analysis, and production debugging.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture reviews and critical implementation work for data acquisition infrastructure.
Design scalable frontier storage, queueing systems, and scheduling based on data quality and freshness.
Build extensible pipelines for open-web, licensed, and partner content including multimodal assets.
Ensure provenance, licensing, privacy, and governance are enforceable in production.
