Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Manager of Data & AI Engineering in the United States to lead the build-out of an autonomous data intelligence platform for Supply Chain Operations. You will translate business challenges into data and AI solutions, architect and productionize systems, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Data/Software Engineering, with 4+ years in leadership or engineering management.
• Willingness to code, build, prototype, and ship production systems with the team.
• Deep AWS knowledge (S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents and multi-step workflows.
• Deep Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data and AI platforms using Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native patterns.
• Deliver ETL/ELT, streaming, and CDC pipelines with Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, AWS services.
• Enable AI-powered use cases including RAG apps, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, data-driven web apps.
• Design data models (Star/Snowflake/Data Vault) for analytical performance and governance.
• Implement data quality, observability, and production monitoring for pipelines.
• Lead GenAI/data analytics initiatives including vector search and multi-agent orchestration.
• Mentor engineers, drive accountability, and oversee multi-project delivery from discovery to production.
