Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to lead data sourcing for phone intelligence and mobile identity on a global scale. You will manage strategic data provider relationships, drive onboarding, governance, and supplier management to deliver high-value assets.

You will partner with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology to ensure data meets business needs and regulatory standards, while maximizing long-term value and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management, preferred.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Established relationships with mobile network operators, telco carriers, and partner ecosystems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple countries and industries.
• Experience in contract negotiations with external partners and suppliers.
• Experience managing multiple external data/vendor relationships, including P&L accountability.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, capable of working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong research, financial analysis, and business analytics skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity.
• Explore new market opportunities and data partnerships for growth.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams.
• Perform due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms with partners in coordination with legal teams.
• Oversee transition of data assets from evaluation to implementation.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage governance and renewals.
• Develop business cases and updates for leadership decisions.
• Ensure acquisitions align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
