Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to champion Data 360 initiatives within our PACE organization for large, complex enterprise clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor and platform expert, guiding the engagement from requirements through delivery to maximize business value. You’ll lead workstreams, coordinate with business and technical teams, and ensure solutions align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Data 360 configuration and customization.
• Experience in AI toolchains and agentic delivery.
• Strong system architecture design experience.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Proficient in documenting business processes and system designs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Team player with experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients, leveraging Data 360 expertise.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to drive value.
• Lead delivery to achieve defined outcomes across workstreams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risk; drive issues to resolution.
• Review project direction to keep programs on track and scalable.
• Articulate program strategies enabling Salesforce platform implementations.
• Collaborate with customer product owners and technical resources.
