Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional CTI or related intelligence work.
• Direct dark web/underground collection experience.
• Experience leading or supervising analysts.
• Experience with privacy, compliance, and legal considerations.
• Strong ability to translate underground activity into executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead persona-based intelligence collection within criminal forums and marketplaces.
• Monitor ransomware leak sites and IAB activity.
• Produce intelligence reporting from firsthand collection.
• Develop collection requirements aligned to stakeholder needs.
• Evaluate source credibility and validate claims.
• Mentor junior analysts and support persona development lifecycle.
• Deliver briefings to senior stakeholders protecting sensitive methods.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance on collection governance.
