Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Dark Web Analyst to lead and contribute to its underground intelligence collection capability. You will manage persona-based collection, monitor criminal ecosystems, and produce actionable intelligence for operational teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, develop collection requirements, validate sources, and brief senior leadership, all while maintaining strict OPSEC and trusted relationships with legal and compliance partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional CTI experience.
• 3+ years direct dark web/underground collection.
• Experience with at least two platforms: Flashpoint, Intel 471, Cybersixgill, Recorded Future.
• 1+ year leading or supervising analysts.
• 12+ months operating personas in restricted/criminal communities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead persona-based collection within criminal forums and marketplaces.
• Monitor ransomware leak sites, IAB activity, and underground ecosystem trends.
• Produce intelligence reporting derived from firsthand collection.
• Develop and execute collection requirements aligned to stakeholder needs.
• Mentor junior analysts and support persona development lifecycle.
• Deliver briefings to senior stakeholders while protecting sensitive methods.
