Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical industry with sterile DP manufacturing leadership.
• 3–5 years as SME in Device Assembly and Packaging (DAP) for aseptically filled parenteral products.
• Proficiency in cGMP, contamination control, and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead Device Assembly and Packaging (DAP) aseptic facility start-up and operations.
• Provide technical and operational leadership ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Review URS and alignment with aseptic strategy and packaging needs.
• Review engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, specs).
• Develop operator training and qualification plans for DAP.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and risk mitigation.
