Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders.
• IMDG, 49CFR, ICAO/IATA, or region specific accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Create DG enablement roadmaps and business requirements for new product launches across different transportation modes.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and current industry knowledge to advise senior leadership on regulatory requirements.
• Work with Legal partners to conduct regulatory assessments across multiple countries and develop country-specific hazmat requirements.
• Develop operational procedures to ensure safe and compliant transportation of DG.
• Create and deploy training materials for operations teams across different transportation modes.
• Define DG performance frameworks and monitoring dashboards for multi-modal transport.
• Conduct site-specific assessments across facility types.
• Support launch readiness activities and ongoing compliance auditing.
