Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15 years of water resources experience, with a focus on dams (design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance).
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client interactions, budgets, and regulatory approvals.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management within the engineering sector.
• Strong leadership and autonomous decision-making aligned with company goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from leadership in San Antonio.
• Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance.
• Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team.
• Coordinate basic office management duties with support from San Antonio staff.
