Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the DAM strategy, governance, and modernization across enterprise assets. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes change management, executive collaboration, and data-driven adoption across the DAM ecosystem, including AEM assets, taxonomy, and workflows. You will shape the product vision and roadmaps for impactful digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Product Owner in enterprise environments
• 5+ years owning or leading AEM/DAM platforms
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes on complex digital initiatives
• Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and roadmaps
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)

Responsibilities

• Champion DAM strategy as executive-level ambassador, aligning with business objectives and regulatory needs.
• Define product vision with OKRs and KPIs for each delivery phase, from discovery to post-launch.
• Modernize DAM with automation, AI/ML, analytics, and workflow optimization.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept through rollout and optimization with phased plans.
• Translate client needs into detailed user stories; work with teams to define solutions and backlogs.
• Manage complex migrations ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Build business cases and drive adoption through stakeholder management and communications.
• Establish DAM governance: retention, access models, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Set enterprise standards for metadata, workflows, and governance for scalable adoption.
• Enable localization, personalization, and self-service features in CMS/DAM environments.
• Collaborate on change management with training and enablement programs.
