Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital content operations or martech with DAM/PIM leadership.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one enterprise DAM or PIM project.
• Strong systems-integration fluency across ERP, e-commerce, CMS, and APIs.
• Proven change-management and enterprise-scale program leadership.
• Experience in multi-brand consumer products and omnichannel retail.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DAM implementation: requirements, vendor selection, configuration, migration, go-live.
• Evaluate and sequence a PIM, governance, and enrichment workflows.
• Set up syndication to retail and e-commerce endpoints.
• Own RFPs, SOWs, and partner management.
• Define integrations across ERP, e‑commerce, CMS, and analytics.
• Build governance model across brand, marketing, sales and IT.
