Job summary

Kemin is seeking a Dairy Sales Manager to manage sales and service functions for assigned Dairy industry customers in the United States. You will craft budgets, forecasts, and call plans to optimize resources and meet targets.

You will implement customer acquisition and retention programs, lead business unit expansion, and build strong client relationships. A degree in animal science or related field with dairy experience is required; master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in animal science, animal nutrition, or ag business with 5-7 years of Dairy experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of biological sciences and ability to deliver technical presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and service functions for assigned Dairy industry customers, ensuring strong client relationships and meeting budgeted targets.
• Create and execute sales budgets, forecasts, and territorial call plans to optimize time and money.
