Job summary

Crowe in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will help modernize back-office operations and improve financial processes including month-end close, AP/AR, cash management, and credit control.

You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support, while mentoring junior staff and growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, cash application, credit management, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules, including: General ledger, AP/AR, credit and collections, cash and bank management, fixed assets, cost management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead business process redesign and optimization, including improvements to month-end close, cash application, and back-office automation.
• Develop and execute test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations, integrations, and data conversions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Create functional documentation, process designs, report specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and user-adoption activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact for D365 Finance matters and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Mentor junior consultants and share implementation best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities and support the continued growth of Crowe's ERP practice.
