Job summary

A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a salaried Lead Functional Consultant D365 F&SCM Sales and Production at the corporate office in Oviedo, FL.

You will serve as the senior functional contributor for Sales and Production capabilities of D365 F&SCM, partnering with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and readiness activities, ensuring standard functionality is leveraged and processes are optimized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis, testing, implementation readiness, and post-go-live optimization.
• Partner with Sales and Production stakeholders, implementation consultants, internal developers, and BI and data teams to translate complex operational requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap sessions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews.
• Lead functional testing and business validation for implementations, enhancements, releases, and process changes.
