Job summary

A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a salaried Lead Functional Consultant D365 F&SCM Sales and Production at its Oviedo, FL corporate office. You will serve as the senior functional contributor, owning Sales and Production configurations and driving fit-gap analyses to align with business objectives.

You will partner with stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions, lead testing readiness, and support ongoing optimization post go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6–7 years of ERP/Finance or D365 experience.
• 2 end-to-end D365F&SCM implementations with lifecycle leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and translate requirements into D365 F&SCM solutions for Sales and Production.
• Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses for standard vs. customized processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead functional configuration for sales/order parameters, pricing, and production settings.
• Mentor analysts on D365 functionality and governance.
• Support EDI testing, maintenance, and post-go-live activities.
