Nigel Frank International is seeking a Senior F&O Business Analyst for a manufacturing client in St. Louis, MO. You will own D365 F&O modules across production control, supply chain, inventory, and procurement, partnering with IT to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
You will lead a small team of developers, gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and oversee UAT and testing to ensure successful implementations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.
- Hands-on manufacturing operations expertise: production control, inventory, BOMs, routings, and warehouse processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, supporting developers, and leading UAT and testing.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilités
- Own the functional side of D365 F&O across production control, supply chain, inventory, warehouse management, and procurement.
- Manage BOMs, routings, production orders, and item master data.
- Lead configurator management and strategy, including Experlogix or similar CPQ/configuration platforms.
- Lead a team of four developers: two configurator and two F&O.
- Gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and lead UAT and testing.
