Nigel Frank International is seeking a Senior F&O Business Analyst for a manufacturing client in St. Louis, MO. You will own D365 F&O modules across production control, supply chain, inventory, and procurement, partnering with IT to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

You will lead a small team of developers, gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and oversee UAT and testing to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.
• Hands-on manufacturing operations expertise: production control, inventory, BOMs, routings, and warehouse processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, supporting developers, and leading UAT and testing.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Onsite (5 days/week) | Full-time

We are working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to own manufacturing and configurator functionality on our cloud D365 F&O platform. You’ll be the primary link between business operations and our IT development team, driving adoption of underused F&O modules and continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll do

• Own the functional side of D365 F&O across production control, supply chain, inventory, warehouse management, and procurement
• Manage BOMs, routings, production orders, and item master data
• Lead configurator management and strategy, including Experlogix (or similar CPQ/configuration platforms)
• Lead a team of four developers: two configurator and two F&O
• Gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and lead UAT and testing

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment
• Hands-on manufacturing operations expertise: production control, inventory, BOMs, routings, and warehouse processes
• Experience gathering requirements, supporting developers, and leading user acceptance testing
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product configurators, CPQ, or Experlogix is a strong plus
• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, or integrations is a plus
