Pearson Carter is seeking a D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join a global Big Four professional services firm delivering complex international BC projects from Malta. The role focuses on ownership of engagements and shaping practical, scalable ERP solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and mentor consultants while supporting pre-sales and business development efforts. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Proven experience leading BC implementations or ERP workstreams.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and full project lifecycles.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources and delivery risks.
• Confident working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring functional consultants.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and HR
• Own the functional direction across discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and post-go-live
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to shape practical, scalable solutions
• Manage functional deliverables, project risks, dependencies, scope and delivery quality
• Lead, coach and mentor functional consultants within the team
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations and client discussions
• Contribute to the development and growth of the wider D365 Business Central practice
