Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist to develop and deliver cybersecurity training, awareness initiatives and behavior-focused communications for mission personnel. You will create engaging training content, coordinate campaigns, measure awareness changes and support compliance with federal cybersecurity education requirements.

Employment is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree may substitute for 6 years of experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity training or related fields.
• US citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver required cybersecurity training for users, admins and designated personnel.
• Create awareness campaigns and materials across sites and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate messaging and delivery methods for multiple audiences.
• Develop, implement and track metrics for training completion and program effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements based on participation data, risk trends and organizational needs.
• Support compliance and reporting related to federal cybersecurity education requirements.
