Job summary

The selected candidate will oversee training, policy implementation, and cross-base coordination across HAFB and VSFB. Required are a TS clearance, CISSP or DoD IAM 3 certification, and the ability to obtain SAP/SAR access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years with BS; 5+ years with MS; 2+ years with PhD.
• Must have current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance or be CE program enrolled.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cybersecurity team responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
• Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee program control processes that mitigate risk and support A&A.
• Lead implementation of government policy (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
