Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of information system security professionals at our Roy, UT on-site location. This role focuses on accrediting and securing systems, implementing RMF/JSIG policies, and coordinating with Hill AFB and VSFB program support.

The ideal candidate will bring TS clearance, a security certification path, and experience managing cybersecurity teams in a regulated environment. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years (BS); 5 years with MS; 2 years with PhD; additional experience may substitute.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (or CE program) within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs.
• CISSP or DoD 8140/8570 IAM 3 certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cybersecurity team responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for managers and new leaders.
• Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee program control processes for risk mitigation and A&A.
• Lead implementation of government policy (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
• Foster an environment for development, teamwork, performance management, and open communication.
• Ensure teams follow Northrop Grumman policies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Interact with executives, PMO and customers on significant technical matters.
• Ensure environments stay compliant and obtain formal accreditation.
