Job summary

USfalcon seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Offutt AFB, NE. You will advance mission-critical software modernization, development, and deployment efforts through systems engineering, Agile/DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments, RMF documentation, security testing, and collaboration with DoD partners to improve security posture and enable rapid technology fielding for national defense.

Qualifications

• 10 years of directly related experience.
• Security+CE certification or IAM II equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of cyber weakness and develop POA&Ms for information assurance.
• Conduct tests of cybersecurity safeguards and automate security testing.
• Ensure design addresses security requirements for operating environments and testing mitigations.
• Develop RMF documentation for Secret, Top Secret, and JWICS networks.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and security tests on networks and systems.
• Document findings and discuss solutions with IT teams and management.
• Perform black/white box testing and blue/red team exercises.
• Establish information security assurance processes satisfying complex requirements.

Education

MA/MS in the respective technical/professional discipline

Security+CE certification or IAM II equivalent
