Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support one of our valued customers at Offutt AFB, NE.

You will contribute to mission-critical software modernization, development, and deployment efforts for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. The role emphasizes systems engineering, Agile/DevOps practices, and CI/CD to enhance survivability, interoperability, and reliability of strategic weapon systems while collaborating with DoD and government partners to drive innovation and operational

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years supporting the DoD.
• Extensive experience providing Systems Engineering support to AFNWC.
• Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis and develop/refine system specifications.
• Translate systems requirements into applications prototypes and final products.
• Perform technical reviews of design and development specifications and maintain SysML artifacts.
• Provide interface requirements analyses and design user interfaces.
• Perform testing to assure software and systems quality and functionality.
• Support the STIG process and cybersecurity compliance for new deliveries.
