Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategy & Program Enablement Lead in Reston, VA. The role translates priorities into structured programs, work plans, and operating processes, coordinating across Corporate Functions, IS&T, Cybersecurity, and Global Business Units.

The position requires coordinating multiple initiatives, strong governance, and executive communication to drive strategy-to-execution alignment and maintain baselines. This is part-time telework with on-site Reston location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, process management, project management, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant operational support experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, implement, and improve repeatable processes/workflows and templates.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of requests.
• Define process roles, inputs, outputs, controls, and escalation paths.
• Maintain controlled process documentation and evidence repositories.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into executable programs and roadmaps.
• Manage governance forums, decisions, and action tracking.
