Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related information security experience
• Minimum of five years in information security, risk management, IT, or related discipline
• Strong technical knowledge across network, application, cloud, and mobility domains
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience developing and presenting client deliverables and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through delivery, including client meetings and expectation management
• Own and manage client relationships with a focus on renewals, account growth, and client satisfaction
• Maintain a book of business tied to revenue, profitability, and renewal goals
• Identify opportunities to improve client programs and engagement outcomes
• Mentor, train, evaluate, and guide junior team members
• Support special projects and product development initiatives that contribute to growth and client service excellence
