Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Cybersecurity Risk Management to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs within a complex global supply chain. You will partner with Supply Chain Operations, HP Corporate Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, and Business Units to mature cybersecurity practices and governance across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, supply chain operations)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, program management, or supply chain operations
• Strong program management skills and ability to evaluate complex business processes
• In-depth cybersecurity/IT security knowledge, risk identification and remediation
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, consulting, and negotiation abilities
• Desirable professional cybersecurity certification (e.g., ISC2, CompTIA, ISACA)

Responsibilities

• Drives complex cybersecurity programs from initiation to completion, identifying stakeholders and reviewing business processes for improvements
• Provides leadership and guidance on cybersecurity best practices to business operations teams
• Partners with operations and third parties to assess compliance with cybersecurity standards and drives risk management improvements
• Leads remediation efforts to resolve identified cybersecurity risks and reports progress to stakeholders
• Presents program status updates and maintains alignment with business strategy
• Builds trusted relationships across the organization to train and influence cybersecurity initiatives
• Monitors evolving cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes impacting supply chain security
