Job summary

Millennium in Washington DC seeks a Cybersecurity Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead security program execution. You will oversee risk management, A&A, and DevSecOps integration across DHS IE IT systems, while guiding security architecture and engineering practices in hybrid cloud environments.

The role requires PMP and CISSP or CISM certifications, 15+ years of project management experience, and strong IC/ cybersecurity contract knowledge to support Millennium's federal

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 15 years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and CISSP or CISM in good standing.
• Experience with IC/Cyber Security contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Authorization, IT security risk management, and continuous monitoring of DHS IE IT systems.
• Integration of IA and cybersecurity engineering in DevSecOps for IT systems.
• Information security in hybrid cloud environments and security architecture.
• Automation, process improvement, and metrics tracking for IT security.
• Provisioning and managing COMSEC equipment.
• Assist with Business Development activities as required.
