Job summary

Required are a Bachelor's degree, 15+ years of project leadership, PMP and CISSP/CISM certifications. The role emphasizes IC contract management and business development activities. Travel around 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess and authorize security risk management and continuous monitoring of DHS IE IT systems
• Integrate information assurance and cybersecurity engineering practices within DevSecOps for IT systems
• Ensure information security in hybrid cloud environments and cross-domain systems
• Design information security architecture and systems engineering
• Drive IT security process improvements and metric tracking
• Provision and manage COMSEC equipment
• Develop and apply AI/ML capabilities in security programs
• Generate reports, presentations, metrics using MS Office, JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cybersecurity Program Manager to work in Washington DC. The Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Basic Duties-

• Assessment and Authorization, IT security risk management, and continuous monitoring of DHS IE IT systems
• Integration of information assurance and cybersecurity engineering practices throughout DevSecOps activities for developing information technology (IT) systems and components
• Information security in hybrid cloud-based environments (i.e. IC Cloud, DHS IE C2E Enclave (DICE), C-LAN, Cross Domain Services (CDS) GovCloud, Rapid Requirements and Data Development Environment (R2D2E) standalone systems.)
• Information security architecture and systems engineering
• Innovation, automation, efficiencies, and continual improvement in IT security processes and technologies, and tracking metrics to monitor improvements
• Provisioning and managing communications security (COMSEC) equipment
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities
• Experience using MS Office tools, JIRA, and Confluence as well as the ability to generate reports, presentations, metrics, and other data necessary to support bid decisions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelor's degree and must have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.

• The Project Manager shall possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification, in good standing, at the time of contract award and throughout the period of performance.
• In-depth knowledge of IC and Cyber Security Contract management

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

COMPENSATION:

$175,000-$185,000
