Qualifications
- 5–8 years in product marketing, sales enablement, or related field in B2B SaaS.
- Experience building and delivering sales ramp and training programs.
- Ability to translate complex product capability into simple, impactful messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging training and ramp programs for sales teams.
- Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas.
- Create sales-ready collateral and enablement content.
- Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap into content.
- Support product launches and measure program effectiveness.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve enablement materials.
- Track adoption and report on training impact.
