Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Moon Township, PA, seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Product Engineer to lead Secure Product Development across divisions, aligning with Security by Design. You will collaborate with the Product Cybersecurity COE to define requirements and guide cybersecurity across multiple product groups.

Relocation assistance is available. The role involves coordinating vulnerability testing, threat modeling, and security automation to embed cybersecurity throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Product Development.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Product cybersecurity.
• This position requires U.S. work authorization; Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or H-1B.

Responsibilities

• Be the Cybersecurity technical leader for driving Secure Product Development processes across divisions.
• Define hardware/software cybersecurity requirements with the Product Cybersecurity COE.
• Coordinate Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing across Eaton products.
• Drive Threat Modeling and Risk Assessments early in design.
• Provide hands-on guidance to implement cybersecurity features.
• Build security tools and automation to support DevSecOps.
• Educate stakeholders on cybersecurity importance across the org.
