Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Operations and Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and management of cybersecurity programs and projects across cross-functional teams in Dallas, TX.

You will align portfolio investments with strategic goals, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and oversee budgets while communicating with senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cybersecurity in insurance or highly regulated industries.
• 7+ years in technology portfolio, program, and project management.
• 7+ years with Agile development and strategic planning.
• 5+ years in stakeholder or partner management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Oversight: align portfolio investments with strategic objectives.
• Performance monitoring: establish KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Risk & dependency management: identify and mitigate portfolio risks and dependencies.
• Financial management: oversee budgets and ROI analyses for initiatives.
• Governance & process improvement: define standards and governance structures.
• Stakeholder management: engage with senior leaders and project owners on status and decisions.
