Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex portfolios of projects or products with prioritization and risk management.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and ROI analysis in a portfolio context.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations.
• Experience with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO, NYDFS, PCI, FFIEC, NAIC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the portfolio framework to align investments with strategic objectives.
• Define and track portfolio KPIs and present dashboards to senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee portfolio budgets and ROI analysis for initiatives.
• Define and improve portfolio processes, standards, and governance.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders regarding status and decisions.
