Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Oversight: develop and evolve the framework for managing the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: define KPIs and provide executive dashboards.
• Risk & Dependency Management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Financial Management: oversee budgets and ROI analysis for initiatives.
• Governance & Process Improvement: implement portfolio standards and governance structures.
• Stakeholder Management: engage with senior leaders and product owners on status and decisions.
