Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Minneapolis to lead complex information security engagements across IT and OT within the Utilities sector. You will act as the primary client contact, guiding strategy, delivering programs, and mentoring teams of Analysts to Managers to achieve agreed outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years leading teams, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks like NERC CIP, NIST, TSA directives, and grid modernization

Qualifications

8+ years designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT in utilities.
5+ years leading a security account or team (planning, delivery).
Experience with utility cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (NERC CIP, NIST, TSA).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity strategy and execution across IT/OT and grid environments.
Develop and sustain strategic relationships with electric, gas, and water utility clients.
Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs focusing on IT/OT convergence.
Advise C-suite on integrating cybersecurity into operational resilience and modernization.
Represent Accenture Security in client engagements and leadership forums.
Travel may be required; 0–100% depending on business needs.
