Job summary

HMMA is seeking a Technical Lead within the Cybersecurity Department to evaluate the current environment, identify gaps, and enhance security architectures to advance program maturity. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8–10 years in cybersecurity, including SOC or ISO27001 program experience.
• CISSP/CISA/SANS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with risk posture.
• Manage external IT security vendors for security solution operations.
• Assist in building and maturing HMMA’s SIEM solution.
• Conduct gap assessments across IT and OT to identify vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Design and implement scalable security architectures and controls.
